We charge by actual weight in pounds, rounded up to the nearest whole pound. For example, a 2.3 lb package is billed at 3 lbs. For oversized or oddly shaped packages, volumetric weight may apply — we will notify you if this is the case.
A flat JMD 450 processing fee applies to every shipment, regardless of weight or tier. This covers documentation, logging, and handling at our US facility. The fee is charged once per shipment — not per package within a consolidated shipment.
Jamaica Customs may assess duties and GCT on imported goods. Most personal-use items below USD 500 are duty-free. Commercial goods or high-value items may attract duties. We will inform you of any customs charges before delivery — we do not mark up customs fees.
Our standard rate table covers 1–10 lbs. For packages heavier than 10 lbs or bulk commercial shipments, contact us directly for a custom quote. We have accommodated single shipments well beyond 10 lbs at negotiated rates.
Basic covers standard air freight with our regular weekly flight schedule and door-to-door delivery. Standard includes priority handling at our US facility, faster dispatch scheduling, and more frequent delivery windows. Both include full insurance coverage.
We accept Jamaican bank transfer (NCB, Scotiabank, JMMB), mobile money (Lynk, Bill Express), and cash. Payment is due after you receive your cost confirmation and before your package is dispatched to Jamaica.
