Air freight typically takes 3–7 business days from our US facility to delivery in Jamaica, depending on customs clearance. We process outgoing flights weekly and will give you an estimated delivery window once your package is checked in.
We charge by actual weight in pounds, rounded up to the nearest whole pound. Select Basic or Standard tier — see our rate table for pricing per pound. A flat JMD 450 processing fee applies per shipment regardless of weight. Use our calculator above to estimate your cost.
Basic covers standard air freight with our regular handling and delivery schedule. Standard includes priority handling, expedited processing at our facility, and more frequent delivery scheduling. Both tiers include full insurance and door-to-door delivery.
Jamaican customs duties and GCT may apply depending on the declared value and type of goods. Personal-use items under the duty-free threshold are often exempt. We will advise you on any anticipated duties when we confirm your shipment details. We do not add markup to customs fees.
We accept bank transfer, mobile money (Lynk, Bill Express), and cash. Payment is due once we confirm your package weight and shipping cost, before it is dispatched to Jamaica.
